Alcoholic beverages like beer, wine, and liquor contain ethanol, an addictive chemical. Alcohol is popular among many cultures, but poses significant health risks, including carcinogenic and heart issues. The overconsumption of alcohol is prevalent among college campuses, especially as it involves those under the legal drinking age. Alcohol leads to millions of deaths per year with the risk of alcohol poisoning and related deaths like drunk driving accidents.
